Sounds like some happy yeast to me. I wouldn't worry about overpitching with those results. My
ZD clone actually blew through my airlock on S-04 yeast. I used one packet in 5 gallons...

I just brewed this last night, went very well and brewed v2. I didn't have any Nelson hops so I
subbed in Ahtanum in ratio to keep the IBUs the same. Can't wait to try this one. Thanks OP!
