Ok. I went ahead and boiled 2 cups of water, chilled to 80f and pitched, stirred after 15mins,
waited another 15mins then added the slurry to the carboy. Hopefully it works out. Thanks.

Update: This thing is not slowing down and still bubbling every 1/2 seconds. I think I'm going
