    Brewing an American cream ale tomorrow night. Just kegged an brewers best summer ale and I came
    out great. Guess I'll drink that as I brew!

    Purchased mine I don't have the time or space to build one yet so here it is. Got a D coupling

    Keep in mind that IPA aren't really meant to sit as the hop bitterness,aroma, and taste will
    diminish over time. So trying to age out fermentation off-flavors will likely result in an
    overall decline ...

    If it makes you feel any better, I have heard 05 is better than some other yeasts at tolerating
    high fermentation temps...Notty I understand is fruit salad fermented in the 70's.Yeah the bag

    Yeah I got one like that for my keezer. So I'll just get another. Thanks for all of the advice
