    Ok day 11. I think I now have a stalled ferment. No bubbles no airlock action and nothing
    floating. OG 1.110 now 1.048. Do I try more yeast or go ahead and transfer to secondary and
    hope for the best?

    You're likely going to want more nutrient or that ferment may stall, at the least it will
    simply take months to ferment out.At what point should I add the nutrient? At 2ND ferment or
    now?
