Secondary fermentation is really not neccissary on most beers so leaving it in primary for 3
weeks is a good idea.very true, oxidation can occour moving your brew to much ide just leave it

I don't think you get much out of steeping 2 row. You would have to mash it to get any useful
sugars out of it. If you decided to do that it wouldn't hurt your beer at all, I think it would
