  • Started brewing in Germany with Mr. Beer, decided it was garbage, and went into extract. Did that for a couple of years and because of deployments and such got out of brewing. Just recently after my latest deployment, got back into brewing and jumped in head first with all grain and kegging. Built a brutus stand, and enjoyed brewing on that for a few years, but now I am back to simple brewing with a single pot and cooler, and enjoying the whole process.

    This beer was a real sleeper, good hop profile and malty sweetness. People drink it and think
    its low alcohol and then it hits them. Let me know how it turns out with those hops.
