  • Been brewing since Father's Day 2010. I am quickly getting addicted to the whole thing. I do full 5-gallon boils outside on my propane burner. I secondary everything because I believe time and patience make everything better. I started all-grain back in March 2011. Loving it and Living it!

    Give it some time. When I bottled, I typically had to wait 3-4 weeks, especially at that temp.
    If you won't a faster product, put your bottles in a warmer area (75ish) and it will shave off
