I leave mine on until the keg is empty. If you have threaded connectors be sure to tighten them
with a wrench or else your beer will end up on the outside of the keg.

You'll lose aroma in the keg as the headspace increases. Try bottling some early on for
comparison. Sometimes I add more dry hops when keg is 1/2 full.

To me the spicy note of rye is similar to black pepper. I love Founders Red's Rye IPA.
