Plus, magnum are high in alpha acids so from a cost point of view it seems like a waste to dry

Magnums are almost exclusively used for bittering, it'd be a shame to use them for dry

Kegging a sierra clone, a Belgian wit, and a batch of apfelwein. Then pitching another
apfelwein onto the cake, and brewing something not sure yet, maybe a Gordon Ale clone.
