imperial stout .. because ive never brewed a beer to age / high gravity. I finally have a bit
of a pipeline so I wont mine waiting. finally finally I love imp stouts but they are hard to

I skipped the sweet addtions (don't like sweet porter/stout) and added a lb of amber malt
instead of crystal cause its what I had on hand.. subbed bram cross hops cause its what I had

3 large trout fillets and back bacon going in smoker in the am tomorrow, too cold today as its

5 a while ago and just did 10 today so 5803 + 15 =5818 gallons though todays OG hit a little
high at 1.045 and slightly more 5 min hops

after a few weeks in the keg its outstanding. I posted earlier that next time I will add a lb
more grain and more hops .. im not sure that I will, for what it is its very tasty and
refreshing. I think...

version as it is what I had on hand.6 lbs 2 row 1 lb pilsner.5 lb Vienna1/3 lb caramel .25

wow turned out great after 3 weeks its kegged and force carbed and taste great, not sure if its
a wee heavy or red ale, og 1.063 fg 1.011 sweet malty character some bitterness, chocolate malt
