No point in buying base malts if you are extract brewing, IMO.I know what you mean that is why
im trying to get some feedback.. however if I use extract with 4 lbs of Vienna partial mash

I use the same carb method as yooper, (used to rock keg for 15 mins) the only alteration to
yooper is I add my gelitan once I keg. as it cools and carbs over the next couple days its
