Age in secondary for 10 days. Use gelatin to clear up the brew. U can do a quick qoogle search
on how to use gelatin in beer. And as for bottleling, dont do it. Why wait another 2 to 3 weeks

I also think that by adding malta goya to your wort is a great way to boost the sugar level.

I have a beer machine pilsner dry extract for 2.5 gal batch. I added 1.5 gal of malta goya to
the mix and extened the batch to 3.5 gal. And the first hydrometer reading says 8 percent
