Home Brewing Biography: Well, it all started back in high school and the never ending hunt for alcohol. I was never one to drink much but I'm sure most of you can remember high school. One day I found out how alcohol was produced in chemistry class through that amazing process we call fermentation! From that point I was off and running, but it took me a great deal of time and research to refine my raw methods into the scientific process I have built around my recipes today.
Bottled: I don't like bottling imperfection, and since im a perfectionist I haven't bottled much, more like given a lot away. My profile picture is of my latest bottling, a banana coconut mix. It was ok, not much after taste, hence the name Taudry (but it is getting much better with time).
