  • So far, I've only done extract brews. At the moment, I have no plans to go into all grain. Here's my list: "Prohibition" Brew, Irish Stout, Mexican Style Cervesa, and Nut Brown Ale. I got into the hobby mostly through curiosity. However, I love different styles, which, around here aren't readily available, and this seems one of the only ways to get what I want. I'm enjoying the hobby very much as well as producing some fine ales.
  • Honey wheat, American wheat, sparkling mead. SWMBO wants another batch of cervesa....and another nut brown.
  • M-T
  • Oatmeal Stout
  • All out!!!!! I've seriously got to get up some stock!
  • Haven't gotten into kegging yet.
