About Me: Father, Home Brewer, and host of the only locally broadcast craft beer radio show in Springfield, Missouri. Beer Buzz airs every Sunday at 4 PM on KBFL 99.9 FM 1060 AM and streams live on http://tagsgf.com and on http://radiospringfield.com.

Home Brewing Biography: Originally started brewing in the year 2000, but that was short-lived, as my friends all told me my beer tasted like crap. I started again about six years later and have been brewing since. I am now brewing 10 gallon all-grain batches using gravity and continuous sparging.
Future Brews: Currently in the planning phase for my gravity-fed 3-tier system. I'll probably start with propane and eventually consider adapting to electric.
Primary: Nothing. Working on it, though.
Bottled: Just bottled my 10% Holiday ale. There's a little bit of black IPA left, some 2010 oak-aged barley wine, and some ESB. I may have a bottle or two of citra-hopped pale ale around, too.
Kegged: 8% ABV Dunkelweiss, Dad's Quantity Beer
