    Yeah looks like some mold in there. Mold is where I dump. Try to see if someone else has a
    different opinion because I could be wrong. But it looks like there is some green in there and
    green is bad.

    Is #2 HDPE safe for boiling liquids?Most are ok for short term contact with temps up to 250-275

    If you are concerned then get a new pack. Personally I'd probably step it up one more time and
    use it. I've found the bohemian lager yeast to be quite resilient.

    I was able to unhook mine and very carefully flip it so that the freezer opened down instead of
    up. Just be careful not to break or kink the line.
