Any time you bottle a 10% + beer just toss in a pack of 1118 or half a pack of cbc-1 into the

Finally got around to brewing this. Went for it today, and ended up with 5.5 gal wort in the
Carboy and a good amount of hop sediment. Pretty good brew day with no major hiccups. Only
