  • I started homebrewing because of the lack of good beer in my area. If you're not a macro drinker then you're pretty much out of luck.
    My current set up is an up and coming all grain brewery.
    My first batch was a brown ale (extract and grain). Everyone seemed to like it so I kept brewing. Hope to do several batches this year!!

    Sounds like everything is going good. That layer of foam on top is the krausen and is normal in
