I'm thinking about substituting the maple syrup with 2 pounds of honey and 1/2 pound of honey

My only issue with the bags is they seem to really reduce utilization for me in the boil. Maybe
they're not as bad when dry-hopping. Though, for all I know, herb balls have the same issue. ;)

One of my favorite to dry hop with is Falconer's Flight. As I understand, it's a blend of
Citra, Simcoe, Sorachi Ace and others. It has very nice aromatic qualities.
