I believe the starting was about 1.124. No nutrient, in a full 6 gallon carboy. I didn't test

I think he is clearing the notion that you have to age cider for several months.You don't. My
ciders at 2 months are nearly identicle at 6 months.A lot of people exaggerate I can't figure

Yeah, I NEVER put the cider in the fridge after campden, just add it, put the lid on, 24 more
hours, I add the yeast, 2 months later, nurse the hangover.

tested it today, it's now 1.021. I am okay with that, but I wouldn't mind getting a yeast that
can restart ec1118, something to increase the pH and let it go some more. Oh, and this medicine
