It's the s type. Yes the lid was on it. It was causing the liquid to foam and it pushed it out.

This was my first batch. I brewed it on Jan 1 -14. my OG was 1.045. I racked it to the
secondary on Jan 7 gravity was 1.011. I bottled Jan 15 and FG was 1.010. When I bottled I did

Yes but why all of a sudden it so carbonated? Why is the chunks floating? When I originally
