    Ok so after I vacuum seal them they will keep for years...should I use them primarily for
    bittering? Or will they still be good for flavor and aroma?

    I have started working on a recipe to make this as well, just haven't gotten it to the point of

    I typically only secondary when adding fruit to my beer. I find that if I primary and then cold
    crash my beer it comes out great.

On tap: #1-Chili IPA, #2-House Saison, #3-Mango Hefenweisen, #4-Brown Ale, #5-empty, #6-empty Primary: pumpkin ale ; Secondary: empty
