Im planning on making a Belgian style wheat ale with orange, lemon and lime peel and coriander.

I see that some people ferment and then rack and prim in a short time and bottle. And others
ferment then rack it into a second ferment stage for a week and then bottle. What is the

I just have one question, I decided to buy a summer ale brewers best kit and its comes with
3.3lbs of liquid extract and a lb of dry malt and a lb of bavarian wheat dry extract. So what i
want to know...
