For shirts, I shop at oldnavy online. They have a decent selection for us tall people. For

I've got a lot of different flip tops. The cheap cages on the hombrew store bottles often need
to be changed to a Grolsch cage. It always works much better after that.

When I first tried the 3-2-1 method, the ribs came out way overdone. 2-1-1 is better for the
ribs I get. I guess it depends how thick your ribs are.
