I have a few concerns. First I think there is there a potential for the wort to take on a
smoked flavor. Will the boil kettle and the fire drum be welded together or sealed? If the

That's a pretty cool idea. You could rig the fan on the fire box with a controller to roughly
adjust heat like fancy BBQ smokers.that's what I was thinking. I've got a large cabinet style

Just curious...why not use propane?propane costs money, 40 acres of forest with tons of
