  • New to home brewing but loving every minute of it. I want to someday work for a brewery and maybe even start up my own!

  • I got into Craft Brews through the 91x Morning Show (specifically their beer for breakfast segment) with some help from the delicious Karl Strauss Red Trolley Ale. So I decided to do some research on Beer Advocate and bought the Complete Joy of Home brewing at Ballast Point. After that I jumped in with a Pale Ale and it's been love ever since.
  • Stouts, IPAs, maybe go for a Cider or a Hard Lemonade. I just want to explore all styles of beer and brewing. I want to make them all!

    It could just be yeast rafts. I'd post a pic. Lots of newer homebrewers mistake yeast rafts for
    an infection. I'll post a pic of my infected pale ale if you want, lol.
