  • Been brewing for over a year and have completed 9 batches. I've done a BB American Light, BB English Brown, Cooper's Cerveza, (2) Cooper's Wheat (with Cherry) an Amber Blonde I wrote, a Gluten-Free "Fat Tire" Clone I wrote, Bavarian Wheat (with Orange), and a Honey Blonde (with Brown Sugar & Cinnamon).
  • I want to play with some Belgian Wheat recipes I've been thinking about.

    The "kit" itself is only the pre-hopped can of liquid malt, so the OG will only be about
    whatever the 3+ lbs of malt ferments to. I only have the extra 1lb of the golden light DME
