I'm surprised no one has mentioned the erlenmeyer flasks yet. The real advantage here is that
you can set it right on the burner to boil your wort before you pitch the yeast and it's got a

Has anyone used 2 White Labs vials for a high gravity beer (1.084) as opposed to making a
starter. One of the guys at AHBS recommended it to me said it would work just as well.Obviously

So I checked my FG today, kept hoping the bubbles would die off and they never do.1.012 exactly
as the recipe said but I still have a lot of bubbles, almost like carbonation. Or Apfelwein
