Used to do it all the time. Yes it's a pain in the ass but its not so impractical you can't do
it. The stones are cheap at the local hobby store. As you progress, the way to go is ferment in

Read the yeast package for optimum temperatures. However, you can ferment at lower temperatures
(and higher ). But the lower the temp, the longer it will take to ferment and I think most
would agree, ...

I believe it's just a Turbinado "like" sugar. I do use Turbinado in some ciders. Little
stronger molasses flavor then regular brown sugar

1 can of AJ concentrate in 1 gallon of finished Jack, add a 1/4 to 1/2 cinnamon stick to each
