Fine IMO. Any mold infrction would likely have grown in patches across the top of the liquid

If you are talking about the stepping grains then yes they are in oz. Stepping grains really
don't do much for the beer other than coloring and maybe some very light flavor/aroma

someone asking "how long should/can i leave my beer in primary" isn't going to have the ideal
