    ABOUT ME

  • I've always been interested in making my own alcohol and when I turned 21 one of my gifts was a DIY Coopers Home Brewing Kit. I brewed up the included batch right away and have been brewing beer ever since. I also really enjoyed mead and decided to give that a go as well. So now my brew closet is almost constantly filled with mead and beer fermenters. I'm here to learn more about brewing, get help from those who are more experienced than myself, and benefit overall from this service. I hope to one day open my own microbrewery, meadery, or both.

  • When I can buy my own house and have a job I will start brewing more often and I will do all grain brewing more often than extract. I want to do more experimental mead recipies.
