Brewed on 4/18...was ok around two weeks later. Drinking right now from keg...delicious.

Looks like a layer of oil to me (like JonM said). Your methods seem sanitary, I don't think it
is an infection, but hard to tell from Massachusetts :) And yes, the high alcohol should make
it less sus...
