  • I love brewing! It's a hobby where you always have more to learn and improve. Extract. Then partial mash. Then all grain. From sparge techniques to water Chemestry to changing a beer with just a couple of degrees in a mash temp. Never ending DIY projects. I am never left wanting in my addiction!

  • I talked about it for years until my wife got me a starter kit for Christmas. And like so many of you, after my first brew I hit the ground and haven't stopped running!
  • Just went all grain so I'm currently repeating the same pale ale whil I dial in my process for consistency. Then a double batch and a parti-gyle!

    It actually is a 5 gallon. Was my first all grain and I ended up with just 5 gallons going into
    primary. I think I boiled too hard. I forgot about the headspace. Thanks. Hopefully it will be
