  • I got into brewing in 2006 after inheriting some equipment when my step-father passed away.

    Currently I'm using a 42 qt rectangular cooler with a stainless braid for mashing, a 5 gallon pot for my HLT, and a 10 gallon pot for my boils.

    It seems odd to have to tighten the bonnet to fix this problem. The bonnet should tighten
    against the tap handle to keep it from rotating, shouldn't it?
