Home Brewing Biography: My boyfriend likes to brew beer and I've always wanted to make my own home made wine since I'm a country girl and we country girls love songs about home made wine! First wine I've ever tried to make was a strawberry wine because it's one good song. I have two 3 gallon "Better Bottle" carboys, auto-siphoning tool, hydrometer, thief, and fermentation lock. I eventually want to add to this but the basics is good enough for me!
Future Brews: Trying to find a recipe that will come out tasting delicious and sweet!

Worse case scenario if you still do not like it 6 months down the road you could use it to
blend with other wines or a base for sangria.So we opened up one recently and it has mellowed!
