Thanks for the tips. I didn't know the amber could make it sweeter tasting. I was going for
more of an American IPA taste and a friend recommended the amber DME. Also, the 45 minute was
really a screw...

I just bottled my first solo batch today. It's a St. Peter's Porter clone. I kept it in the
fermenter for 3 weeks. How long should it stay in the bottles before it's good to drink?
