  • I'm in love with where I am now. I'm nowhere I planed and everywhere I didn't think I'd end up. It's given me something different, something strange. It makes me change my perspective. I now have a new way of smiling, and a favorite new way to play music, a new way to create twisted no talent art, & a place to brew!

  • I haven't started brewing yet. I am researching extensively before I go out and just buy a bunch of supllies and everything without knowing exactly how I am going to brew.
I am extremely excited to get igoing. I am finally in a place that can handle the supplies and everything that comes along with brewing. I am running a bunch of hot/cold waterlines, sink, burners and I have an old cherry red 50's fridge waiting to be used for fermenting instead of mail.
My grandfather used to brew and make hooch at his bar he woned in Manhattan, KS. I fell in love with it at the age of 6. It's taken me this long but now I can finally achieve this goal in my life!

I guess I should say I have tiny grasp on it. The plant I work at produces about 350'000
gallons (Ethanol) per day. 90% of everything is automated. It's all controlled from two
    computers in a control ...

start brewing if there is any certain words of wisdom or idea's that might have helped anyone
