    I opened a bottle after 10 days. Taste is nice but the beer is still very hazy. Ill try another

    Another "welcome to the area". I work in the Schaumburg area and live about 20 min NE of there.
    For me, Perfect Brewing in Libertyville is the best... hands down. It's easy for me to shoot
