Any comments relating to the following experiment? if someone can consume Omission beers
without any adverse reactions, then using clarity ferm should be similar at the homebrew level?

I'm not, but my wife is. Unfortunately it has to be a fully gluten free beer, I cant use gluten
reducing products on normal beers.
