Judging color just by what I see in my glass carboy. I did take a reading after a week and
everything is right on track.

I made a robust vanilla porter currently in primary fermentation finishing up with a few days
to go. I hit my pre boil and O.G. Numbers but the porter looks light in color. The recipe calls
