Posted in thread: Is it possible to let your beer sit TOO long? on 12-30-2010 at 06:28 PM
I know a guy who is just plain lazy about the whole bottling process, so he is known to leave
his beer on the fermenter for over a year. Personally I would recommend against this, and I
don't know if ...Posted in thread: Brewing your own beer - (cost) on 01-15-2009 at 12:33 AM
Why is beer so expensive to buy in Canada?Posted in thread: OG too high on my Porter on 01-13-2009 at 02:23 AM

But then, I...Posted in thread: Forgot to boil priming sugar on 01-06-2009 at 10:17 PM

can make/dri...Posted in thread: Another first brewing day! ALT Bier on 12-31-2008 at 08:53 PM
you can put your pictures in flickr or some other photo hosting service and then insert the URL
and it will show up in the post.Posted in thread: Bottle conditioning question on 12-31-2008 at 08:47 PM
Yeah, I'm also curious. I didn't cold crash my beer, but I would consider doing it next time if
I could achieve clearer, carbonated beer with less sediment in the bottle. I thought that was
only possi...Posted in thread: Recommendations for Good Online Suppliers? on 12-30-2008 at 09:25 PM
I am a very new homebrew store but I like to think I have a good selection of ingredients, and
have had a lot of positive comments from other HBTers. If you make your own recipes the Brew
Builder is a...Posted in thread: Pliny The Bastid on 12-30-2008 at 10:18 AM
This is a bit :off: but I trying to put together (or just find) an extract or partial mash
recipe for another Russian River brew. They have a Belgian style blonde ale that is simply
fantastic. They ca...
