- Started in college by ordering a kit from Rolling Stone. By the time my friend and I built the nerve to try the first batch, we were legal. My first batch was a Nut Brown Ale that got a bacterial infection and tasted terrible, but I drank both cases anyway.

HUB's 2012 bottles (and apparently cans, too) say they use Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook to

I made contact with Hale's Brewery in Seattle. They brew a coconut porter. The brewer said they
toast the same way I did, but they put all the coconut in secondary. They recommend aging until
the coco...
So many beer styles, so little time to brew.
