I didn't read it, but I imagine it discusses that coffee can be cross reactive with gluten for
some individuals. This has been generally known in the GF community for a couple of years.

HA! I did the same thing this weekend. And that's why I have two stirbars. One tip - Put a note
on your fermenter so in 4 weeks you remember it's in there and don't chuck it with the trub.
