  • Ever since I turned 21 I decided I wanted to try as many different beers as I could [afford]. A while ago a client of mine told me about a brew on premises place near by. I never brewed there but I got so interested I started reading lots of books, articles, and posts about home brewing and watched tons of videos on youtube. Recently I was finally able to get some of my own basic equipment and try out brewing for myself. I popped my brewing cherry on January 11, 2010. I can't wait to brew more!

I'm sure the beer will turn out great, but it will be a completely different beer than was

In the second option you drain first, then add the 4.93 gallons and drain again. The key

Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather trust wyeast than a guy doing a 6th grade science fair
project. This experiment is not much different than what a big corp would do, it's just that the

LMFAO, not only is the prank hilarious, totally something I would do, but you used a hobby

Theoretically the alcohol in the spirit should have the same effect as using sanitation fluid
in the airlock whereby lessening the chance that any harmful organism can get into the beer. So
