If you let it age a bit more the spices will be more subdued.:mug:Mines been nearly a year in
the bottle. It has mellowed, still a bit much spice for my liking. Just not a fan of those one

The English Brown Ale is another great one. I've had it in the bottle now for about 6 wks.

As far as water with all the BB kits that I have done, my boil has been 2.5 gal then cool the
wort then top off to 5 gal with spring water. I have hit OG and FG every time.
