UPDATE: I brewed the Extract version of this beer almost a year ago. It took nearly 3 months to
bottle carb (almost paniced). My ABV came in at 9.xx%. I have been extremely pleased with it.

If you let it age a bit more the spices will be more subdued.:mug:Mines been nearly a year in
the bottle. It has mellowed, still a bit much spice for my liking. Just not a fan of those one

The English Brown Ale is another great one. I've had it in the bottle now for about 6 wks.

I am on my 4th BB kit. All have turned out great. I've done the Summer Ale, Pumpkin Spice, IPA,
English Brown in the fermenter now. Not sure what's next. Maybe the red ale? Tried a buddies
