  Brewing a British ale tomorrow and was wondering if I should use distiller or spring water.

  I have an IPA in the secondary and was wondering when I should drop in the gelatin to clear it

  I'm going to try the gelatin on the blonde ale in the secondary. It's only 1week apart from my
  ipa so I probably won't get to see the difference for at least 3 weeks.
