    Monday brewed extract IPA. Used new stir plate to make y. Starter Saturday. Had to add blowoff
    tube yesterday. Have 3 week old brown Porter with Stuck fermentation. Nothing going on there.

    Brewed my Christmas Bier Sunday night. Used starter yeast. Initial OG 1.098. Fermenting quickly
    9 hours later. 36 hours later, nothing in airflow. Thought it was stuck. Checked bucket lid.

    Just brewed a NB German Alt, extract, supposed to have 1.052 OG. Mine came in at 1.046. What
