Can I fill the carboy as full with White Labs WLP775 English Cider Yeast as I did using the

I wouldn't add anything that isn't already in your recipe. Apple juice at room temperature (72
degrees or higher) should be fine. I see no need to add sugar. Just mix it in and let it sit
for an hour,...

I transfer my beer to a bottling bucket with a spigot in the bottom of it. Then attach a piece
of siphon tubing with a bottle filler on the end of it. It is really easy this way
