    It looks like you have the basic ingrediants. The two plastic canisters there, is that lme?
    Just make sure to watch out for a boil over! Also, do some research on recipes to see how it

    For the question about sugar, look for priming sugar calculator. It basically goes by gallons
    so you will be set there. And as for boosting abv, go to your local brew store and buy a pound
    of dry malt...
