About Me: Currently at UCSD majoring in Earth Science and minoring in marine science. working in a lab,calibrating a brand new gas chromatographer.

Home Brewing Biography: Still brand new to this. Embarrassing as it is, I started with a Mr. Beer kit. Now i'm using it for small tests. So far, I've made an irish stout(from the kit), a pale ale(modified from the Mr. Beer canned wort stuff).
Future Brews: honey nut brown ale
Primary: Nothing :(
Secondary: Mocha porter
Bottled: apple cider, cream ale, jaom, carmel chocolate stout, stubborn-ass hefeweizen.
Kegged: 1.5 gallons of cream ale in modified coors home draught
