I can't tell by the picture, but here is something to consider if you haven't!I would make sure
that the drain in the drip tray can flow enough, that incase one of the taps got left open long

Since you are still in the building process I would make the burner height adjustable.I agree

I would also consider installing a windscreen as well, for those windy days, unless you will be
