@stratslinger When I open the valve to take a sample, if I don't pull the airlock, it siphons
the sanitiser out of it. This is only the 2nd batch done in the conical, I have to get used to

After a second racking? Are you saying that you already moved the beer from the primary
fermenter to the secondary fermenter and are now moving it to a tertiary? Just leave it in the

Can beer be aged in a carboy after a 2nd racking and then kegged and carbonated?
